Congratulations on your graduation which makes all of us so proud of you. You have succeeded in achieving a goal you set for yourself which can now become the basis for setting other goals which will bring you, your families and your society the benefits of your education. But there is a balance to be struck between plan- ning for the future and adapting to real opportunities as they come along.
