.-fl 1 . I I .Q i I ii ..,, I Yr -3 4 N he I wish to extend my personal congratulations to each recipient of a degree from John Jay College in 1969. I know full well the long years of sacrifice on the parts of students and their families that is required for the successful completion of any course of study at this College. But, all our graduates-and their families-can derive satisfaction from the achievements of personal development and contributions to the professionalization of law enforcement which the diploma represents. I should also like to congratulate the editors of the yearbook, which seems to get better every year. It represents an important contribution to the building of a sense of community at the College. I sincerely hope that it will be one means of maintaining each graduate's continued association and identification with the College. I extend to each of you, again, my congratulations and my very best wishes for continued success in your every endeavor. President Donald H. Riddle I7 T ,als- Y Mia' . 'F' .
