Leadership M ,' fi. W EM ' li? is pw Scholarship Character Service The John H. Reagan Chapter of the National Honor Society is an honorary organization. Each semester the top five percent of the high junior class, the top ten percent of the low senior class, and the top fifteen percent of the high senior class are chosen for membership in the club on the basis of leadership, scholarship, service, and character. The Reagan Chapter of the National Honor Society was organized during the spring semester of 1935, the charter being granted on April 8, 1935. The application for membership in the National Honor Society was made by Principal R. H. Williams. The object of the National Honor Society is to create an enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote worthy leadership, and to encourage the development of character in pupils of John H.
