OEA COMPLETES 17 YEARS he Office Education Association has been at JFK for the past 17 years. Students in OEA are interested in office careers and train in this field during their course of study. They also participate in various civic projects, Among these are: the Special Olympics, Teacher Appreciation Week, and the annual Christmas Party for retired nuns at Our Lady of the Lake University. Each spring, members of the OEA compete in a regional contest in business skills against other . schools in southern Texas. Winners go on to state contest and even national contests.
