Kennedy High School wins 2nd place in the Public Schools Division. A y april was a month for national intrigue and local victory. y t Nationally. two Marines were indicted for espionage W y g in Moscow. It was believed that they sold American secrets to the Russians. On the local front, Henry Cisneros was elected mayor once again and won by a landslide. Fiesta '87 was an exciting event. This year the Fiesta spirit was evident around the schooll As the Fiesta activities drew neargtheistudents became restless and eager to have a good time. C Though the Battle of Flowers Parade was dampened by Moth- er Nature, spirits remained high. The JFK float entry in this year'-3 parade was entitled Camelot and won second place in the tptiblic schools division.
