The World Of Sights And Sounds ROW I: Darin Farmon, Tim d'Arcy. An important part of many school functions is the work done by the Audio Visual Department. This department not only has the respon- sibility of providing adequate light- ing and sound for rallies and other events but it also has to make sure that the A.V. equipment is properly maintained and used properly. lf it was not for the hard work of the members of the A.V. Department many events would not turn out successful. This year's A.V. Department was headed by Tim d'Arcy under the direction of Dr. Welsh, it's Advisor. --M9 A.V. isv

l86 Filipino-American Club .A.C. Faces Kennedy Cnee Again This year, the Filipino Amer- ican Club strived very hard in making the 83-84 year more memorable. Since last year, the club has tripled in size in its second year of existence. FAC activities throughout the year included candy sales, SPCA fundraisers, a St. Patrick's Day dance and gram, as well as Kennedy's first Farewell Gram . At the end of the year, the FAC treated themselves to a club pool and pizza party. Thanks to the aid of Mr. Austin, the leadership of Joseph Rivera and the FAC officers, the club had an enjoyable and successful year and succeeded in making the year more memor- able for the club members.
