The band was al- ways there to help lead the cheering at assemblies and football games, and they were always seen at local parades through- out Orange County where they won many awards for their outstanding perform- ances. Led by band director Zig Kanstul and marching instructor and major Richard Dekany, the Shamrock Regiment spent many mornings, and they spent countless hours selling items for fundrais- ers. All of this helped to make this a very successful year for the band and helped to keep the strutting with spirit. Y 7 dient to Kennedy's l.
