Physical Education and Health 3,- Leonard Kosobucki - Department Head ' Pamela Kilmer Candace Jachimiak, Dennis Piekarski The main objective of school is to develop the mind. Physical education, though, helps build a sound body. Students are also taught how to compete fairly through various sporting activities. This enables our students to cope with life's competitiveness. The promoting of the well rounded human being is the main focus of Health Courses. The Physical Education curriculum deals with the physical aspect. Health deals with the academic aspect. The Health curriculum could be compared to the maintenance manual of your car. It shows how to practice preventive maintenance to avoid major problems.
