H H Qivision fMedicalj, at the times when you need it, could very easily be the most important division on the ship. What we have is a small, ex-tremely modern and efficient hospital-at-sea. We have everything necessary to see that each crewmember aboard gets the very best medical aid available when it is needed. Besides sick bay, which everybody has encountered at one time or another, we are equipped with complete surgical facilities, X- ray facilities, laboratory, physio-therapy treatment facilities, and supply shops. My assignment with the Medical Department is working in routine sick call. My job is screening patients reportin for sick call. This saves the doctors valua le time, as not alfpatients need to see a doctor. I have a fun iob. I like it mainly for one reason, it gives me an opportunity to try and help people in need.
