Joan Wellner and staff provided the art work for our paper. The fine sports page was the work of the sports staff headed by Clifford King. Class and club news always provided an interesting corner with Frances Koch giving the assignments Through the year, each member was responsible to plan the program for a meeting. Later in the year, Mr Jim Green from theAWTribuneh'office gave an interesting talk on reporting, covering different phases of it and the opportunities of itr A field tril was planned to visit the Print Shop. Mr. Almgren showed the members of the club around the shop and had the employees demonstrate the use of various machines Some of them were, vari-typer, printing press, and mimeograph machine operated by electricity. The club now has a room of its own. The room is located off the bandroom but can be used only in warm weather because there is no heat up there. It is the clubys desire to have this room fixed so the staff can use it. In an effort to raise money, the club sponsored a dancer It was a square dance with a group learning the dances and then teaching others. The4'HieLites Clubh' has had a very successful year-eexcept the members never did learn to meet that deadline!!!
