Each week we shot 10 rounds of 5 arrows each from a distance of 60 feet This would give us a possible score of 150 points. The high scorer would get abour 250 points and the average would be about 200 points GIRLS? William Parks met September 15, and elected officers. Presidente- ee-Marcia Alexander Viceepresidente Cliff King Secretary 'H--U Joan Buehler Treasurerv -eNVirgil Hegg Tryeouts were held at the next meeting and eleven new members were admitted. The one act play, Happy Journeyn, was presented at Marshfield in a contest. We re- ceived a B rating. The club divided into groups for research on lighting, makeup, advertising, etc. Members of the club finished dressing rooms up over the stage and redecorated the scenery. Then came the event everyone had been waiting for, the selecting, casting, and prev senting of the annual play. A comedy was selected and the cast and committees started their work. At 8 p m , March 10th,the lights dimmed and the curtains parted for the presentation of Best Foot Forward.H The play was directed by Mr. Parks.

Yanko, Ju Vechinski, S0 Sigler, J, Parvin Wu Hauser FOURTH ROWQ S, Mosher, Au Leach, MU Leach, M, Hegg, Rh Arendt, JM Hlnz, Jn Schie, MU Gilson, JH Karberg This year a new club, called the Home Economics Club, l I was organized It replaced F H A whinh we had had previous to that time, and was somewhat similar to it The purpose was to give the girls more knowledge of, and adventure in the field of home economies During the fall and winter the girls sold carameled apples and pop corn at the home football and basketball games. The proceeds were used for a trip to Milwaukee in the spring to see some fashions and fashion shows In April, shortly after Lent, we sponsored a silver tea Invitations were sent out to both students and adultse The club has about twentyffive members ranging from seventh grade.
