Arendt The junior class started the new school year by welcoming a new student to the class, Lenore Green, who came from Mellen, Wisconsin. The class also had the privilege of welcoming a new teacher for core class, Mr, William Parks? from Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Many things were accomplished by the class of 5OHA One of the more important outside activities was the formation of the Club 50Wy a type of 'tTeen-age recreation group, The profits will be used for a trip in our senior year, On November 11th, the class presented and Armistice Day assembly program, which was entirely conceived and produced by the juniorsu It consisted of readings and tableauz suitable to the occasion. The junior prom was, by far, the most outstanding social event sponsored by the juniorsc Much hard work was done to make our prom onsof the better ones, The music was furnished by Larry Woodbury and his orchestra. Leiscr, RM Schultz The class of 951 started out with a bang this year, as they all came back looking forward to a busy and fun-filled year. The first thing we had to look forward to was our class party held on the night of October 9th. Mr. and Mrsu Novitske, Miss Gonsolin. Mr Smith, Mr Parks and Mr Petrie were guests Everyone was entertained by playing games and the rest of the evening was spent in dancing After we finished dancing we went up to the recreation room and had pop: ice cream, and cake We all had a good time, About the end of the firstequarter this year we lost a loyal classmate, Richard Twist, whanwe welcomed into the class last year We also gained a new classmate this year , Phillip Kleist Our advisor, Miss Gonsolin, and core teacher, Mr, Parks, are also new this year Throughout the year we studied world historyv ancient history, literature, and parts of speech!
