Eiseman, The Senior Class of 1959 is proud to dedicate this, the twenty- fourth volume of the .lohn Burroughs Yearbook, to Mr. Frederick B. Eiseman, Jr., who will be remembered by all who have worked with him inside and outside the classroom. His contributions to the science department have been recognized by the award which was presented to the school for his excellent physics course, which is one of the outstanding courses in the nation. He has also given time and effort to coaching the HB7' football and baseball teams for many fine seasons. Dan joined our class in the ninth grade and im- mediately got into the swing of things. He has made great contributions to the class and school. Athletically for the past two years. Dan has held the HA football line together. and consequently. has been a key factor in the team's success. llan has also maintained a fine academic record. and has been an asset to the Student Council. ln class projects, llan has always stepped in and in his own subtle way. influenced the outcome. Through the past six years her unusual stunts have surprised and entertained everyone who knows her. Around school she has been seen throwing an eraser at Mr. liiseman and out-blocking the football boys on the hockey field. but she is most often seen heading for the parking lot. Sal has a real talent for throwing memorable parties. The long list includes. in addition to nu- merous open houses, a Tishomingo barn party. a Bohemian gourmet dinner, and a 6:00 a.m. kidna 1 ra l breakfast.
