It is the year 1942. The curtain rises disclosing a magnificently furnished living room. In one corner of the room stands a small settee and adjacent to it is a crimson-colored divan on which Miss Lupson is reclining. On the panelled wall besides an oriental tapestry is a picture of the John Adams June Class of 1927. Sylvia: (gazing at the portrait on the wall) “I often wonder how some of the friends of mv high school days at Adams are faring amid the storms of the world. What has the passing decade and half done to them. Where are they now? (The doorbell rings and she goes to answer it.) “Why Robert Long!
