WHAT, NO pretzels? This query came from one. Leonore Bartoli. an ex-Adamsite and Clipper member. Well, Lee, the next time you breeze in I'm sure we'll be able to dig up a pretzel Ulnything and everything can be found in Mr E I's deskl Well, this term. just as last term. we are going to lose a grand bunch of writers The graduates to be are Evelyn Martm four Busmess Mana gerl Ieanne Sherman four compos ing Edltorl Patricia fNut Bowll Woody Carol Mueller the girl who wntes such heart warmmg stor1e Norma Morgillo and her pal Dor othy Herzberg Clarence Coles and Richard Nolan Golly it seems a shame that just when we get two fellows who like to write and really can poof' just like that and they re gone Well anyway here are the name of our latest staff additions and I think we are very fortunate in find ing such super duper people First theres Dorothy Bloore our newest red head Clarence Coles a really fine wnter Mary Egan Dons Stelges and Dorothy Rylands Now then our newest of new comers consists of Rosahe Sherman Charhe Carter Rosemary Dleter Cathenne Fullerton Elinor Weyer and Elinor Wushup To show how really democratic we are how absftively posolutely unprey udiced the names of Herby Gutman and Gloria Morea shall appear in this newspaper uh what s its name again? Oh yes-The Campus Sen ously though we re going to miss you Gloria and those comy yokes of yours Herb Even though you are a pau of cold blooded newshounds smooth sailing to you both 31 I wonder if we'll really ever get that baby contest in full swing. It's been going on fmore or less-and I'd say lessl for two terms now. And what- ever happened to that sign- Whose Oosie, Oosie is Oo? What we really need around here is an organized committee One to take care of the socials, one to devote time to baby pictures and another to clean out Mr. E I Clarkes desk By the by have you seen the latters baby picture? You dont know what you re miss ing if you ve never been in the Pub s office Honest people even though we dont look like we are working three quarters of the time we really do you know Sometimes I dont believe you appreciate us You know you dont have to be a wizard to write a story ftake me for example-no dontll and you dont have to be in with a certain clique You know I never set eyes upon nine tenths of the people who are now service aids or staff members until they came into the offlce So look kids if you have a talent for writing how about giving lt a try? We are always glad to have new names adorn the pages of the Clipper and we are always open for suggestions So if you have any sensible ideas or if you get a sudden inspiration for a story start pushmg the pen and help us make our maga zine a better one-Okeh ' Well so long for now Have a nice vacation and Ill be seeing you next term '4' H3.l.SO.:l SI'I I.lHd 01321 M Ollll Sll n , - - o , - I W I I .
