Glee Club accompanists for this year are Cseatedj .l- Rawles, J. Winkelmann, Qstandingb S. Shotola, M. Ritter, S. Baker, J. Weiss, J. Shoemaker. Glee Club ushers Due to the earliness of the Christmas Vespers the Glee Club was faced with the problem of shorter practice hours, but as usual the performance was well done. As is traditional the Glee Club members, sing- ing Gloria in Excellsis Deo, proceeded through the darkened auditorium carrying flaslights resembling candles. The program opened with a Bach number and came to a close as the stage curtains opened revealing a beautiful stained glass window and the Prep Glee Club who joined the Senior Glee in Yuletide Season Club in singing familiar carols. Other activities of the Glee Club in- cluded the Back-to-School Assembly, North Central Chorus, All-City Spring Choral Fes- tival, the Easter Assembly, the Baccalau- reate and Commencement exercises, and a T.V. program. As the name implies Prep Glee Club is a preparation for Senior Glee Club. Com- posed of underclassmen this group learns the proper techniques of good singing.When they have shown sufficient progress, they are able to try out for Senior Glee Club, Row 1: J. They presented the Fall Band-Orchestra Concert here at Adams. They played at outside engage- ments such as the McKinley-Edison concert. Orchestra members helped compose the All-City and North Central Orchestra as usual this year.
