The old stagers have been pretty well ignored. We think they are beginning to get pettish about the situation, as one of them slashed feebly at the editor in the hall the other day with his rubber- tipped cane. This issue, therefore, announces the existance of The Wheeled-Chair Society, an organization of public spirited and perma- nent ten bees conceived in an editor's nightmare, first announced herewith, and dedicated to raise funds to make possible the presen- tation to the last surviving teacher of the original T940 staff a square- wheeled, rolling throne on the Hrst day that he or she totters rheu- matically into Adams as the sole survivor of the original faculty complement. The list of contestants in the running for this remarkable prize grows steadily shorter.
