Guilty or Not Guilty! This decision had to be reached by the jury. On the Night of January 16, Mr. Falkner had been pushed from his penthouse apartment by Karen Andre. As the sordid story unfolded the shocked jury and audience discovered a webwork of evidence linking several people to the crime. A sharp-eyed de- fense attorney, calculating prosecutor, evading wit- nesses, passive court employees, confused audience and attentive jury had the responsibility of judging Karen Andre's guilty. Miss Anderson directed the drama. Upper left: Defense Attorney, Gene Kubat questions Steve Froelke, the doctor about the death of Mr. Falkner. Upper right: Dennis Worre, gangster, is restrained by the bailiff, john Chenoweth, after threatening Keith Engdahl. Lower left: Barb Frommer and friends pose for the photographer before Curtin Time.
