Oliver Cast Lights Up the Stage We were like a family which made it a lot of fun, and we put on a good show, commented Robin Byerly a senior in the fall musical OIiver. A talented group of 70 students worked two and a half hours a day, five days a week for two months to get ready for the play. Mike Mitchell, Fagin, Sheri Boyd, Oliver, and Susan Kelly, Nancy, proved to the pack- ed crowds on November 19, 20 and 21st that they had tremendous talent. Curt Brown remarked ult is one of the best musicals that we've done in years. The musical Oliver Twist, by Charles Dickens, is about a poor orphan boy and the consequences of his asking uPlease Sir, may l have some more? Mrs. Bartz, advisor stated, ul'm really pleased with the outcome of the play, as l have heard many positive comments. They pulled together as a group and I really feel drama is making a comeback. 1 1. Left to Right front row: Katharina Boemers, Tana Huotari.
