Inns riihiiima The Court of Carmine, a new organization at Ferris this year, went into full swing with its first annual dance, the BFD in November. The boys' organization was also in charge of the cleanliness of the cafeteria. Six boys were chosen for work in the cafeteria to encourage the students to keep the area clean. With the League of Dresden, the Court of Carmine gave a skit on keeping the school grounds clean. A race between Riley's Rapid Rinsers and Sepo1en's Super Suders was held to clean the lapboards. After gallons of water had been thrown on the floor, on the lapboards, and on the boys, the race was over with Ri1ey's team winning. Another activity of the' Court of Carmine was the first joint dance with the League of Dresden. The spring dance was held on April 30 and everyone had a real swingin' time.
