Mrs. Kaiser says she admires them because it takes guts to get out there and cheer when there are only 3 cheerleaders. They are good rep- resentatives of our school spirit. The cheerleaders have done pep assemblies and fund raisers to boost school spirit. They also planned many activities for the 1987 Homecoming. Good job! She characterized this young team as the beginning of excellence. With their strong abilities to work together and have good sportsmanship, they have great potential. The guys worked hard to bring up their grades, and managed to Play four games o ' in which they did well. . Togetherness was a strong vein in this bunch of tough guys. They worked through difficult times and taught eachother a lot about this game we call FOOTBALL! ! grades made eligible players a Minority. They've got potential ae for high energy, enthusiasm, creativity, brains, power, and money! st Extracurricular activities get the graduating class of re ‘89 pumped! They've already sponsored bake sales, X-mas | %@ sales, poster sales, candy stand, and plans for senior prom, P. smere, and stand being set up. No Academically, this sporadic class has some students with high intensity and higher than average abilities. Then, there are the rest that could put out more effort. oe Three members are on honor society, and quite a few are members of the student council. 4 The juniors have already had a taste of Mr. Tice's (their advisor) moods, and are sure to learn a lot more about : them before they graduate! The potential of this class is good, but as Mr. Heibert said, The ones who have the most dont use it, and those who dont, push themselves to the limit. When asked how energetic his class was, Mr. Heibert replied, Its extremely variable, from nonexistant to hyperactive. There grades vary from 11% to 94% and this is the same way in all their other classes. She says that they are very outgoing, and capable of success in the future. This Class is very compatible. They have increased in size and this has helped with the amount of funds raised. She feels the basic Skills such as Reading, Writiting and Arithmetic are essential for this age level. Therefore, she takes classes in her spare time to keep up with the latest trends in education. Miss Sinz has developed learning stations, this includes individual stations and group stations.
