New faces, new teachers, new fears, are all part of a freshman’s first days at Jewell. Gradually fear and loneliness develop into Joy and happiness, to make a freshman year the beginning of amemory to cherish. A sophomore year is similar to a flower’s springtime. During this year the sophomore, like a flower bud, 1s exposed to new sensations- blossoming friendships, car washes, dating, and last, but not least, the High School Prom. Running along a beach, looking forward, never back, the juniors plan for future days. Like a wave in motion, they will break into their senior year. Leaves mature and fall off the tree and seniors leave their secure home at Jewell. The common bond which united us here will remain with us always. To remember, to remember, to remember.....
