In june, a new class, schooled in Christian principles and determined to hold high the ideals of its Alma Mater, will join the ranks of society. How can each graduate play well her role in the complex world of tomorrow? With this question in mind, we develop our theme: Better Women . . . Better World! The air, the screen and the press are filled with plans for a better world . . . But radio speeches, forceful edito- rials, or series of world conferences will never succeed at reforming the world en masse . . . Leaders must strike at the root- of the evil: the moral decline of nations. Since no nation is better than its families and no family better than its women, it is obvious that the greatest need of the day for a better society is i'Better Women - women whose works will agree with their faith, women who, as mothers, teachers, daughters, sisters, or sweethearts will fashion a better generation of men for a truly Better World.
