Jesuit students don't stop being Opporife page top: Pat Tarpy through his all-around skills and ability was chosen by Volkswagen to participate in an exchange program that sent him to Germany for the summer. Opposite page ballom: Larry McDonald and Terry Looney were Jesuit's delegates to Pelican Boys State this summer. Looney was chosen to go to Boys Nation. Jesuit students during the summer, but a few remained Jesuit students in a special way as they represent- ed their school in state, national and international activities. Left: Henry Marshall and Carl Liberto attended the National Science Founda- tion Summer Science Training Project for nine weeks this summer at L.S.U. Bollom: It was during the summer that Mark Hannon was notified that he was a semi-finalist in the National -Merit Scholarship competition. In that com- petition Henry Marshall won a letter of Commendation. 25
