The car wash to raise money to pay for booster ribbons, poster parties, a tea honoring the Freddies, and a football banquet for Varsity and Junior Varsity teams keeps them busy in the fall. Again a slight turn of the kaleidoscope shows my Co-ops alter- nately screaming shouts of victory and crying tears of disappoint- ment in reaction to the often spasmodic tempo of football, basket- ball, and baseball outcomes. At the spring banquet, the tension mounts and tears flow as the leaders for the next year are announced. The kaleidoscope has turned a full revolution and begins to turn again . . .
