Truitt Loses Winning Streak Once again the Student!Faculty tennis tourna- ment was a big success. Doubles teams, which were made up of one student and one member of the faculty of the opposite sex, competed against each other until the top two teams emerged. The final match was played between the team of Beth Hazlewood and Mr. Truitt and the team of Brett Westphal and Mrs. Ingalls. When it was all over, the team of Westphalflngalls were declared the winners. Consolation went to Richard Seu and Miss Woodard. Powderpuff Lacks Excitement! Once again the Gold- duds were the main attrac- tion ofthe Powderpuff football game, rather than the players themselves. This grueling four quarter battle, which took place between the cheerleaders and the women faculty, ended in a 0-0 tie. Although the game itself was anything but exciting, the crazy antics of the Gold-duds kept the spec- tators entertained in between chasing male stu- dents, they danced during halftime and led cheers. i , .
