DECA Project Wins First Place in State The Feasibility of Opening a Hospital in the jersey Village area was the DECA class project which won first place in the Creative Marketing Project at the State Leadership Conference held in Fort Worth in March. Through monthly meetings, the club is designed to develop leadership and responsibility through elected student officers.
