The Purple team consisted of the first string offense and the sec- ond string defense, the White team was the second string offense and the first string defense. The Spring game mainly provided the players with personal satisfaction, but it also gives the coaches a chance to see their future team in action. The game took place at the Cypress Fairbanks stadium and was equipped with Cheerleaders, the Band, and the Gold Dusters. The Purple team overpow- ered the White team beating them 32-8.
