Lee Roy McShan overpowers his opponent. Rocky Powell is stoking for the kill. lVlr. Hollwedel is the little man that seemed to do it all, he is the coach ofthe wrestling team. I felt that we had a very good year for a first year team. We are looking for- ward to next year, with the experi- ence we gained this year. We expect to be contenders tor the South Zone. The team competed in six tournaments, including Clear Creek, Wildcat Invitational, South Zone Qualifying, Governors Cup, Rice University Freestyle, and Burges High School. The team made a good showing in each of these tournaments. Robert McShan has just clinched victory. The team as a whole did a fine job, these eight members received awards. Duane Davis, three second places, Kevin Reinauer, one second place, Mark Acocellag two second places, Rocky Powellg one second place, Lee Roy McShan, one sec- ond, one third, David Griswold, two first, one third, Robert McShan: one third, and Ricky Rolanp one third. David Griswold and Duane Davis are the two members that qualified to compete in the U.S. Wrestling Federation National Tour- nament that will be held in Colo- rado this summer.
