Seniors Defeat Faculty o N n S I I Sadie Woodard, counselor, played a very aggressive game and kept the girls on their toes. Coach Linda Lowery and senior Linda House attempt to jump their highest. House gains con- trol. Traditionally, the Senior boy basketball players play the Faculty in 4 t f a game for the student body. This year, the senior girl players were included. The girls and the women faculty played two, six minute quarters at half court. The senior girls won. The boys and the men faculty played two, eight minute quarters at full court. Again, the senior boys beat the faculty. Because of all the foul play involved in the game, the referees were very much needed. But, they didn't call everything they saw. There was endless pushing and shoving among the rivals. The referees were teachers, Mr. Goodson and Debbie Brewer, and student Tamma Boze. It was an all out clowning around period for the entire student body. It gave them a chance to see their teachers in 'rare form' and gave the teachers a chance to be themselves.
