Class Favorites Miss Sportsmanship for the sophomores was Lena Baskin. Lena has been involved in the drama club and has played volleyball and basketball for Jersey Village. Her hobbiesare riding horses, skiing, swimming, talking on the phone, going to movies, and eating ice cream. Henry Kellum feels that he has worked hard to obtain Mr. Sports- manship. ln his freshman and sophomore year, Henry played bas- ketball and ran varsity track. Henry enjoys swimming and shooting pool. I 244 - Classes Tami Pribilski was often seen in the halls being friendly, saying hello, and having a smile on her face. That was why Tami was elected Most Popular. The way Tami feels about her position is, I do try to be friendly and get along with everyone. I also try to be a part of the school and attend all school activities as much as I can.

Fliels EQEEQM This was Venssa Ftiels first year to be class President. She was involved in the Spanish Club, Honor Society, Sci- ence Club, Mu Alpha Theta, Gold Dusters, and Jets. Venssa said, lt seems like everyone wants to work together to get what we want to be done. Julie Horne was Vice-President for the first time this year. She has been involved in the Drama Club, Speech Club, G.A.A., and Gold Dusters. Julie said, We all know what has to be done and have a good time doing it. This was Cynthia Tucker's first year as Secretary. Cynt- hia played volleyball in her freshman year. She feels they N have a ways to go before reaching Q their final goal. Tami Pri- bilski was Treasurer for the first time this year. Tami was Junior Varsity Cheer- leader and has been in the Industrial Arts and Fishing Clubs. She enjoys water skiing, dancing, and cheerlead- ing. Classes - 243

Sophomore, Bob Harvey was elected as Most Popular. Bob has played freshman and junior varsity football. On junior varsity football team, Bob was the team leader taking many snaps from center as the team's Quarterback. He also played basket' ball for two years, and ran junior var- sity track where he won district in the broad jump. His hobbies are motorcy- cle riding and listening to music. Class Favorites Besides being elected Most Popular, Tami Pribilski was also elected Most Versatile. Being versatile, Tami was a junior varsity cheerleader, treasurer of the sophomore class, and was a part of the Industrial Arts Club. Being involved in several different sports and an excellent athlete, Rod Warmke was chosen as Most Versatile. Rod has played fresh- man and varsity football and varsity baseball. This year on the base- ball team Ftod played center field catching some pop flies. Rod ran the 100 yard dash for the junior varsity track team.
