Class Favorites For the second time, Sandra Warmke was elected Miss Sportsman- ship. Sandra enjoys playing volleyball and basketball for Jersey Vil- lage. She was also a member of GAA and a versity cheerleader. Griff Robinson played freshman basketball his freshman year. Then in his sophomore year he was moved to varsity. He returned in his junior year to continue playing varsity basketball. This was why Griff was elected as Mr. Sportsmanship. Classes O For three consecutive years Lorin Thomas has been elected Nlost Popu- lar. Lorin is known throughout the school as a varsity cheerleader. Next year, Lorin will be the new head-cheer- leader. After graduation Lorin plans to attend college.

Laura Stewart Secretary 9.51133 Q3 This was Pam Surles first year as President. She enjoys singing and playing the piano. Pam said, We have times when it's hard for us to pull together, but when we do, we shock the world and break records. Pam was involved in band, choir, and several other clubs. Lorin Thomas held the office of Vice-President for the first time this year. She enjoys skiing and dancing. Lorin feels that the class of '79 has been successful and should have a fantastic prom. Laura Stewart was Secretary for the class of '79, This was Laura's first year to hold this office. c Treasurer for the class I of '79 was Lisa Smith. She has been involved in the marching and sym- phonic bands and news- paper. Class Favorites Not only was Lorin chosen as Most Popular, she was elected Most Versatile. Lorin's extra-curricular activity is counseling every sum- mer at Camp Long Horn. Lorln's hobby that she loves, is ballet. She does this to help better her coordination. This will help Lorin in her cheerleading. Most Versatile ofthe junior class was Pat Zaiontz. Pat is commonly known around school as Big Z, He held this honor when he was a freshman and regained it in his junior year. Pat played varsity foot- ball and varsity baseball this year. Classes
