Austin, Sam Houston, Texas A.8tM. were a few of the colleges that swarmed Jersey Vil- lage for the annual Senior College Day Program. The pro- gram was divided into three sessions so that seniors could visit the colleges of their choice. Colleges that drew large groups were assigned in individual areas. All the other colleges were in the commons area, which allowed students to browse from table to table and receive inform- ation. Some colleges gave out bumper stickers, pens, and decals. The students were encouraged to spend at least one hour in the commons. The purpose of the program was to inform and help seniors decide on the right col- lege. Classes - 223
