Candidates are judged on their dancing ability, creativity in making up dances, entrances, splits, appearance, personality and mostly the ability to get along with oth- ers. All these trials and tribu- lations constituted a unique group of 1977-78 officers. Each officer is in charge of three routines in producing ,QJ the annual spring show, The Magical Mystery Tour.
