1 Y ' ine 5, v N Mr. Kenneth B. Crosser Principal The school secretaries were Miss Helen Myers and Miss Linda Rall. Their jobs were to attend to the secretarial work of the office and to help students on school business. Q Mr. Young, Mr. Bowes, Mr. Pecchia Although it was his first year as principal, Mr. Crosser handled the tasks of his new job with all the efficiency of a veteran administrator. When interviewed, he described the year as a surprise package, meaning that he never really knew what to expect. The green Mr. Crosser did many things to improve our school. As an active member of the Curriculum Committee, he helped students get the most from their studies and was instrumental in the establishment of new graduation standards. Mr. Crosser hopes that Jersey Shore Senior High School will continue to live up to its previous high standards. His philosophy of life has been to do the thing you are most happy doing and do it well, and we all know that he has done a first rate job of living up to it. 5 as iii Q r f MK g. Mr. Francis O. McCanna Supervising Principal As our chief administrative officer, Mr. McCanna did a commendable job in directing the activities of our school district. His responsibilities included being directly in charge of all teachers and building programs and aiding in the preparation of the budget. b lliilllllillll Mrs. Moyer I Q . Kenneth Best Jointure Secretary Our industrious jointure secretary and business manager, Mr. Best, did a fine job of handling the finances for the entire districtg including receiving money, paying bills, and preparing the payroll. Their jobs were to take care of the secretarial work which concerned the school district. Mrs. Smith was absent when the picture was taken. x 6
