They were president, Lawrence Coup, vice president, Joeline Mitchell, secretary, Darlene Haberrnang treasurer, Mike McCarty, publicity director, Alvin Chojnackyg sergeants at arms, Marva Gass and Roger Thompson, and clerk, Joan Humphreys. These officers did very well the first semester in keeping the club running smoothly. Our first play, Hillbilly Wedding , was enjoyed by fellow students and other people of the community. The cast, stage crew. make-up, and all did an excellent job. Our Thespian Club is one of the largest in the state. The second semester officers elected were president. Patsy Jewell: vice president, Nancy Robinsong secretary, Kay Harder, treasurer. Richard Gully, publicity director, Joan Humphreys, and clerk, Sharon White. In March, the annual Speech Festival was held in Burley and in April was the spring play. It looks as if the Dramatics Club had had another busy year, In our play performances we always have an experienced cast and an inexperienced one. The student directors take a great deal of responsi- bility for the performance. Thanks, go to Mr. Emerson for all his ef- forts in helping the Thespians to enjoy another successful year. MR. JOHN EMERSON Advisor
