A gala event in eve-ry waxy---Christmas flfliflj' and dazzling outfits were dreamy to the strains ot' Wayne Skeents version of White Cltristntzts. The outstanding event of the evening was the Coronation of Patti Welteroth and Leroy VVeigle as queen and king of the ball. Basketball . . . A frenzied rush to have front row seats to see how our team would spin the wheel of Win and Loss, By tournament time, interest was keyed so high that our new gym couldn't rontain the eapztvity crowds whieh literally piled in. Little Women . What Z1 east, never wus l.ittle VVomen acted so hum- orously as did our own drum:1tic's c-lass enztvt the loved elassie. The students were kept in stitches from the tirst seene to the last curtain Call. Parties, Assemblies, Etc. . Never were there so many nor sueh gzrrtnd parties. assemblies, and many others. Looking toward the unknown, some with plans, some just following the course of life. A great responsi- bility lies ahead of these graduating students, and our prayers and hopes go with them. junior Prom... The dizziness of spring fever was with the students and each could feel the nearness of the theme Apple Blossom Time -a perfect choice. The hoys and girls decked out in the spring fads formed a colorful scene of teen-agers. Baseball and Track . . A strike out or a homer? Make that mile or bust! Never worry when the students, piled on top of their autos, are out backing the diamond men and pus ng the track boys to a record-breaking run. Our Town . . . It wasn't a surprise just gratifying to find we have so many promising actors and actresses in our midst. VVith hilarious antics and beautifully spoken lines, our dramatics class presented a grand finale to their year's achievements.
