PEP BAND If it's Pep you want-the Jerome Pep Band's got it. Under the guid- ance of the music instructor, Mr. Kircher, and the Student Director, Duane Warr, the band has really gone to town. Tryouts are conducted in the fall for membership in the Band and practice starts soon thereafter. If the music room seems to be splitting at the sides, it's because the noise has to go somewhere, even though the walls come tumbling down. The Band can render anything from Tiger Rag to China Town Blues and has been complimented on i-ts outstanding performance at games and at the Tournment. It was also honored by playing at the Student Council Convention held in Twin Falls in the spring.
