Agriculture and MR. M. E. BLANCHARD B.S. . LSU Freshmen ag. boys take the teasing and do the dirty work. Here they are studying the things every farmer should know. An efficient, self-sustaining farmer needs to know many of the fine arts besides how to plant and harvest a good crop. These boys are learning how to weld various types of farm implements. Agriculture I Agriculture II Agriculture III Agriculture IV What would an agricultural class be without a garden? It could easily be compared to a typing class without typewriters. The truck garden enables the boys to learn not only about their crops but also about caring for machinery. 18

College English III-IV The English IV class, famous for Macbeth and research papers, is made interesting every day by Mrs. Keeth's diversified talents, which include a superlative knowledge of English grammar and the ability to make a dull literature course seem as interesting as MUTINY on the Mr. Kennard's English III class pays close attention as he explains more of the fundamentals of the English language.
