Home Economics MRS. PERKINS CLIFFORD B.S. MRS. EDDIE BELAIR B.S. Mrs. Belair points out the fashion display that is maintained in the sewing room to guide students in their fashion selections. Exciting aromas come from the cooking department as students learn to cook on all types of ranges using modern equipment. In the sewing classes a spacious area is provided for students to use the most modern equipment as they work individually or collectively on projects. 24

Typing is said to be a must, and these business leaders of tomorrow are quickly and confidently mastering their machines. Bookkeeping is important in the modern world of business. Realizing the importance of such education, these students work hard to increase their knowledge.
