English I French I French II English . . . In the English department, much emphasis is put on writing as a form of self expression. Above, Mrs. Keeth demonstrates iambic pentameter to her junior English classes. In Miss Shultz's sophomore English class, students listen and take notes from recordings of Shakespeare’s JULUIS CAESAR, which they take as part of their yearly curriculum. Senior English students study MACBETH and other classics. Good reading is encouraged throughout the English department. ------------------
