If FALL FESTIVAL QUEEN Make way for the Queen! Selected as Queen from I. B. I. to attend the Somerset County Fall Festival this year was Glenda Kay Knupp. Kay first attended the Kick-off Dinner held in the American Legion Home. At the coronation, Kay received a corsage of red mums. Kay rode in the parade, held on the last day of the festival. Here she re- ceived a corsage of purple mums. After the parade the queens had doughnuts and coffee at the V. F. W. They attended a dance until dinner, which was served to all the Queens at the Pine Grill in Somerset. The last activity was Coronation Ball, held at the Somerset Country Club in honor of the Queens. She wore a White floor length gown with a lace bodice and net ruffles from Waist to the floor. Don Peterson was Kay's escort. Kay's plans for the future include secretarial Work and marriage. 24
