OFFICERS Warsmg Thomas Reynolds, Maust. PREPARE TO TAKE OVER From the time the first bell rang to begin the new school year, the Junior class has been carrying the ball with the aid of their junior advisors, Miss Lundquest and Mrs. Bittner. As Juniors, our class is represented on the football field and on the basketball court. The band would find it hard going with- out the wind reserves of its Junior members, and Mrs. Thomas can testify to the lung power of our membership in her chorus. The class has been working together as a unit to make a success of their ventures which have been: a Sadie Hawkins Dance complete with shmoos and life-size likenesses of Daisy Mae, Lil' Abner, and Mammy and Pappy Yokumg a Heart Hop in the traditional red and whiteg and the Easter Dance which provided entertainment for all. Then came the Junior Play-our first. How pleased we were to entertain our classmates. After all, not every class has a class play like ours! The cast knew they had succeeded when they heard the applause of the audience and acclaim of their fellow Juniors. On Class Day we found ourselves almost Seniors-this was the most important day of our Junior year and how proud we were. Well, gang, we'l1 see you all next year in the Senior rooms! um'ot.4 . . .
