Mrs. Joyce Stevens, in her seventh year teaching at Jenks, finds her English Classes mostly composed of freshmen. After her day at school, she helps her two children with homework and spends other spare time traveling and grading papers. Mr. J. C. Stubbs, JHS football and baseball, coach, has been at Jenks for three years. Known as one of the school's friendliest teachers, he is always seen with a smile on his face. This course deals with todayvs prob- lems and Mrs. Stotts encourages students to participate through discussion and presenta- tions. They have punctuation and 7th and 8th grade reading, makes a concentrated races, and the 7th graders often challenge the Sth graders to a writing contest. An experienced teacher, Mrs. Smith is an OU graduate. QRedj Rogers, on his second assignment to Jenks School System, has been coaching the Trojans for four years. He claims hard work and simplicity as the most important assets of a team. He was named Coach of the Week for November 8. Coach Clifford Mrs. Marianne Robertson, new JHS girls, basketball coach, has never coached a high school basketball team before. Her practices are characterized by her stomping her feet, waving her arms, and finally jump- ing in the game to prove her point. Mrs. Robertson coached tennis before coming to JHS. From having taught RE. in South America and home economics at Vianney, Mrs. Betty Phillips is now the librarian for JHS. She prefers non-fiction books and says she doesn't read as much as she would like to, but she does read magazine articles and book reviews. Mrs. Phillips enjoys golfing and fishing.

Experienced at many schools, Mrs. Woods teaches science in the J HS junior high. Mr. Walter Wolff has been at ,IHS for four years teaching Oklahoma History and Civics.
