Life continues in much the same wayg the seasons revolve, the years pass, and we mature. During our life cycle, we dream. Our dreams become re- alities, and we form new dreams. The circle, as a symbol, is again utilized. We have used the circle .here as a picture of our past life ex- periences, our present life, and our dreams for the future. .-vii' 1 'H Mi, 1 'ii 1 , . 1' i ' . 1 I ' 'i i i - F ' . i I ' .A- iii ' ,,v N y Q TABLE OF CONTENTS Faculty 4-13 Underclassmen 42-51 Participation 16- 39 Seniors 54-87 3 the spokes that keep the wheel turning Mr. John Rice . . .Supervising Principal Miss Elizabeth McCord . . . Yuengling ' i J i Ni Er. ls., Y-, The cycle of time continues to revolve, the seasons pass, the years go by, and we find ourselves becoming older. There is nothing that any of us can do to stop this universal system. We cannot return to the past, we can only learn from past experiences to improve condi- tions for the future. We see our dreams of yesterday be- coming the realities of today, and we hope our dreams today will be the realities of tomorrow. We dream, we experience, we grow, we fulfill our dreams, we make new dreams. We only wish that, as players of the end- less circle game called life, we can contribute our best selves. 88 fi fS Q 1 -'Y?V99??V'Y'v7Vf 54-Qz4,:, gpzofoziifvgozoa k',q44-4,00-oocwaool Q., ,M-gee-.aoooo o .wean-ov ooo-N : 40-it-7904'60.0Q Q4 .-at-0004 0 0 Q gaoo-so-ooo: oqow. -aooonoooooo :Or ' 9' E347 -fQ9g.Q'QQf'-v'Oq Joan crowds it in ?1'1':'1'I'3l'1'I'?K'1'??I- '??f'X'25. ??l 3'21i'?4'2?i V-fc'-s o'+'51'f'e's'o'o'+'f ff s A'4'+'49 - 4+'f30'0'v'2'0'3f f .Q QGQ eg-.o6o'f.o.o.ok.vff:.oevs,fce4g5.y.q3Lg1yoboeo4o,+6v,v,0,v,07 ,fi Fe 3,04 oooooeza : a vie s on a Q-Q-2S,0,',9,4',',' oe sf nooo oooig-,ee-we-,+.co+ofgcon,,, 4 , ,5 ff f'2'f'3':::':'f?'-ftfffti if'?f'i f-'-fi5'- + '3':3'Z'I 4 9.5 370. There are the cycles of the seasons, hours, days, minutes, and the in- evitable cycle that everyone must face: that of life and death. This summer the cycle of life and death became a sad realization to many of us with the tragic death of Ka- ren Hill. To all who knew Karen, she was more than an acquaintanceg she was a true friend. To know Karen was truly to love her. She was well liked not only by students but also by the faculty. Karen was a bright and question- ing student who was never satisfied with what she Iearnedg she strove to learn more. Equally proficient were Karen's abilities in sports. ln both Junior High Hockey and basketball, her spirit, ability, and drive kept the teams going. In everything that Karen undertook she was a success. Jenkintown High School sees few students with Karen's kind of ability, warmth, and enthusiasm. She will be sorely missed. 102 f- -l,-Y-1'-1 - V' we 'AZ-fr' 7 'H WTF? 7'W1 f5 75, ' 5 523235-931 . . V . ' w '7 T' ' N H f.', ,ijl fs 'f' 1 45555 .fr ' ' P-' l2.w1.gv1'LQ .- , ' V ' - li , .
