During football season, both varsity and junior varsity cheered as one group. For basketball season the junior varsity and varsity have prepared new uniforms. New cheerleaders are chosen from grades 8-ll in the spring try- outs. MAJORETTES The majorette group, a young organization in J.-Y.C.S., has begun to talce active 'part at the football and basketball games, putting on a routine at half-time intermission. Under the leadership of Miss Janet Rosenherger. the majorettes also march with the senior hand. .-nfl
