'llhe Northwest has its Paul Bunyan. the Southwest has its Pecos Bill. and we of the Sullivan County area have our johnny Caesar Cicero Darling. johnny was one ol many llarlings. hut to hear him tell of it. he was the smartest. quickest, and sharpest ol them all.
