Nocturnal City The l'J5T junior prom. Nocturnal City. had as its theme. New York City at night. Under the cap- ulwle leadership of Mr. Edward Cessler. the junior elass ere:-ted huildings and put up decorations to marry out their theme successfully. The whole high school voted in the choosing of the king and queen. who were chosen from the junior 4-lass. 'llwo attendants were also chosen from eaeh high school class. The prom is the one formal danee held at ,l.C.S. each year. The ehairman ol the prom was Robert Velten. 'llhe class was divided into committees and each eonimittee had a certain task to fulfill.
