' Language Clubs - An Exchange of Cultures These five student organizations help to implement the goals and objectives of the Language Department. They act both inde- pendently and in collaboration to provide extracurricular activities which will increase interest in and understanding of foreign lane guage and culture. These clubs attend the Intemational Folk Festival in Cincinnati, and they usually produce their own festive Inter' national Day Program, which unfortunately had to be cancelled because of three weeks of snow days, Other activities include plays, con- certs, seminars, conventions, and dinners, all of which add interest and enjoyment ro the study of foreign language.
