1 I 30 Honor r Thej town junior and Senior Beta Clubs are among the most active organizations in our school. We owe the imaginative bulletin boards in the junior and Senior High lobbies to their hard work. Each year these clubs also sponsor the Christmas Door Decoration Contest, which always increases the festive air at frown near Christmas. Both clubs also sponsor a service pro- iectg the junior Betas sponsor :tn Office Aide Committee, while the Senior Betas visit Children's Hospital each year ro entertain the children with handcraft prcr iects. Sponsoring a separate pro- ject each year, the Senior Beta Club holds the Miss ,IHS Pag- eant. The proceeds from this contest are used to provide a S250 scholarship to a club mem- ber and to purchase Il gift for the school. The Junior Betas' sepa- rate project is the excellent jun- ior Beta Talent Show. Under the leadership of Sen- ior Beta Pres. Tom Stearman, V- Pres. Cynthia Harper, Sec. Mau- reen Shanahan, and Treas. Chl:- ryl Huntzinger, as well asjunior Beta Pres. Steve Sergeant, V- Pres. Amshu Kemparaiurs, Sec. Cindy Hunrzinger, Treas. Kara Dummer, and Hist. Kathy Kelly, these clubs work hard to make our school a place to be proud of. ln alplnbeneal nrelen SENIORS: K. Bennett, ls. Clark, A. Crouth, c. cnani, L. Davis, P. Didier, R. pinler, K. Dixon, D.
